We are pleased to share the latest update on the Strathmill Development as we near the end of May. With strong on-site progress, growing buyer activity in Orewa, and an expected shift in the economic outlook, momentum is building—and we’re excited to keep you informed on what’s ahead.
We’re also thrilled to see the first house in Stage 1C now under construction marking a key milestone for the growing Strathmill community.
Project Progress
Significant milestones have been reached across all active stages of the Strathmill development:
Stage 1C:
Titles were issued in January 2025, and the stage is now completely sold out.
We’re excited to share that the first house is now under construction and look forward to watching the neighbourhood take shape over the coming months.
Stage 1A:
All drainage, roading, and utility works are complete. Asphalt has been laid, with streetlights and landscaping now in place. Practical Completion (PC) is imminent and we’re pleased to report that titles are expected in August 2025.
Stage 1B:
Earthworks are progressing well, with civil construction due to begin shortly.
Stage 2A and 2B:
Earthworks are well underway, with solid progress across both stages.
Titles for Stage 2A are expected in mid-2026, while Stage 2B titles are anticipated by the end of 2026.
