Titles in Stage 2A are expected to issue around 10 November 2025 , and we’re looking forward to seeing settlements and increased activity over the coming weeks as construction commences. It’s an exciting time for the development, and we’re delighted to keep you informed on all that’s ahead.
Project Update
Construction is progressing well and remains on schedule across both active stages:
Stage 1A and 1B:
With over 135 homes now built or underway, these stages are vibrant and full of life. The community continues to expand with about 80 homes now occupied, and buyer interest remains strong, with steady site visits, ongoing inquiries, and active negotiations taking place.
Stage 2A:
The 224C has been issued, and titles are expected around 10 November 2025.
Solicitors have now been in contact, and we strongly encourage all Purchasers to finalise their funding arrangements and prepare for settlement.
Stage 2B:
Drainage infrastructure is complete, and road formation is well underway, with retaining walls and footpaths progressing steadily.
