The team at Myland Partners are pleased to share the latest updates on Stockman Living.
We are delighted to report that several homes are currently available for sale, with five families now happily settled in their new homes. Following the successful settlements in Stages 1A and 1B, approximately 97 homes are either under construction or fully completed – marking significant progress for Stockman Living!
Additionally, Stages 2A and 2B are nearing completion. Civil works are progressing steadily, with drainage and roadworks well underway and retaining walls now being constructed in both stages. Titles for Stage 2A are anticipated in July 2025, with Stage 2B titles expected in December 2025.
