Titles for Stage 1A are expected to issue within the first week of September, marking a major step forward in the development’s progress.

As we move through August, momentum at Strathmill is building strongly. On-site activity remains steady, buyer interest in Orewa continues to grow, and with signs of a shifting economic outlook, confidence in the market is strengthening. All indicators point toward a positive finish to the year.

Project Progress
We’re pleased to share that significant milestones have been achieved across the Strathmill development:
Stage 1C:
Titles were issued in January 2025, and the stage is now completely sold out.
The first home is progressing strongly, with the roof already in place.
Stage 1A:
224C has been issued, and Titles are expected within 17 working days.
Purchasers are encouraged to engage with their solicitors and begin preparing for settlement.

Stage 1B:
Drainage and civil works are set to commence this week, with earthworks progressing well. Much of Stage 1B is now on grade and ready for civil construction.
Stage 2A and 2B:
Earthworks are in full swing, with excellent progress being made across both stages.
Titles for Stage 2A are expected in mid-2026, while Stage 2B titles are anticipated by the end of 2026.
