With Stage 1A almost completely settled, we are thrilled to see a number of homes out of the ground and expecting completion within the next month.
Settlements for Stage 1B will commence on Friday, July 5, 2024.

We’re pleased to report that Stage 2A and 2B Earthworks are now complete and Civils will soon commence.
Looking forward, we anticipate Titles for Stage 2A will issue mid 2025.
