Following a meticulous Fast Track consenting process, Strathmill successfully obtained Resource Consent in September 2023 for 433 homes comprising 424 standalone homes, 7 terrace homes, and 2 duplexes.

The available options feature both single and double-level standalone homes on various-sized sections, offering configurations ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms along with diverse parking solutions, including garages and/or parking pads.

The market response has been exceptional, with 261 lots already sold and expectations of increased sales activity early in the new year.

Earthworks for Stage 1A and 1C have already commenced, with clearing activities underway.

Civils for Stage 1C are scheduled to begin early in 2024, followed by Stage 1A in mid-2024. Strathmill is poised to address Auckland’s demand for well-designed, affordable housing, with homes generally priced below the average in the Hibiscus Coast area. This affordability will facilitate easier access for first-home buyers to establish themselves in the Orewa community
