The market response has been exceptional, with 261 lots already sold and expectations of increased sales activity early in the new year.
Earthworks for Stage 1A and 1C have already commenced, with clearing activities underway.
Civils for Stage 1C are scheduled to begin early in 2024, followed by Stage 1A in mid-2024.
