A highlight of the event was the Gala Dinner, which marked the 10th Anniversary of the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA) — a milestone celebration recognising a decade of growth, collaboration, and meaningful contribution to New Zealand’s built environment.

The evening was further distinguished by the presence of Prime Minister Rt Hon. Christopher Luxon, Hon. Chris Penk, Minister for Building and Construction, and Desley Simpson, Deputy Mayor of Auckland, who joined more than 800 attendees to acknowledge the achievements of the sector and discuss the future of construction and housing in Aotearoa.
