As we embrace the holiday season, we are delighted to share an update on the progress of Strathmill and extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support throughout the year.
Project Progress
The Strathmill project continues to make excellent progress across all stages.
Stage 1C works are now complete, with titles lodged and 224c approval received; titles are expected imminently.
In Stage 1A, civil works are advancing well, with drainage, roads, and utilities currently under installation.
Stage 1B has seen the commencement of earthworks this season, including the construction of two culverts to connect it with Stage 1A.
Meanwhile, earthworks for Stage 2 are also well underway.
Looking ahead, titles for Stage 1A are anticipated in May/June 2025, followed by Stage 1B approximately six months later, and Stage 2 titles are expected in 2026.
We are thrilled to see this project taking shape and are eager to introduce a vibrant, master-planned neighborhood to Orewa. Strathmill is set to become an integral part of the community, offering a dynamic and welcoming space for all.
