In 2016, Myland Partners bought an 8.0ha in Fred Taylor Drive, Westgate, paving the way for the first land development in the Redhill’s precinct. However, development was hampered due to the unavailability of a wastewater reticulation. We were able to resolve this issue by installing a private funded temporary pump station and rising main, bringing the development timeline ahead by many years.
